We can get it in Florida and Missouri. It is the best stuff when you're sick (which is, of course, just about the only time we can get it cause they never put it on sale. *growls at the grocery store*
My dad's from MI (just north of Detriot), which is probably from whom we all developed a taste for the stuff.
