is it not allowed to post links? and suppose i wanted to post some pictures of my niece. can i do it? or do i have to go through the process of getting an admin's approval before i can post them? if you could answer these, i'll be grateful. thanks.

As long as the images meet the image guidelines, you should be alright.

Do you guys ever go through and scrutinize questionable or fishy username/"real name"/email combinations in search of dormant spammers/trollers? Or would the answer to that give away Top Secret methods?

I will talk it over with the moderators and see what the specific reason was for them, I will also go look at the topic, my guess is that it was probably removed because it seemed like advertising.
