But while I'm in this topic thought up by some brilliant genius, I may as well ask a few questions which I wouldn't have asked if this wonderful topic didn't exist...


Question 1: Why did the font size for Boredonline suddenly become larger in the last 30 minutes?

Question 2: I've noticed some users, such as Tony, who when you click on their profile it says, "The requested user does not exist." Why is this?

Question 3: Not necessarily an administrative question, but when did Tony become a girl?

Question 4: Why is my BBCode automatically set to "OFF" in the Administrative forum while not giving me a check box to turn it on?

Question 5: Are you annoyed that I just asked you 5 questions, or does this make this an "insanely popular" topic?

I figured out the problem. Somehow (I don't know how) a setting in my Internet Explorer was changed so that it zoomed in to 125% for BoredOnline only, which is why I thought BoredOnline had changed.

That is annoying, especially considering the BBCode still works for you.

Actual serious question now though.

Is there any hotkey or glitch which would suddenly cause my quick reply window to do this:

I was trying to hit CTRL+V to paste something in there to quote, and I'm not sure if I accidentally hit some hotkey of doom, or it decided it didn't like me, or what.

I hoped that maybe it hadn't lost my post and it was just hiding it, so I hit the preview button and got this:

Now, I've seen these (and dealt with them (dealt with as in made someone else deal with)) in the past, and know they sometimes pop up randomly without dooming consequences, I'm just a bit curious if there's an easy explanation about why the board suddenly decided it didn't like me, if something broke and should be checked, or it's just my lucky day.

Those errors happen every so often when the server is restarting or had a hiccup. It's nothing you did, but rather our hosting company. I would host BOL on my server like the chat, but I don't have the needed bandwidth if BOL returns to it's former glory.

1. I doubt it. It's pretty expensive.

2. It depends on if one is an optimist or a pessimist.

3. A boxing ring is the sound of the bell that is hit with a hammer to sound off intervals between rounds. This bell is round in shape. Therefore, to answer your question, it is not.

Search for the topic you would like to create the article for. If no topic exists, it will tell you and there will be a little link "create this page".

If you are looking to create a page about a user, search "User:izod foldger" and replace your name with the user you are looking for.
