i guess i'll post on this. ummmm. well this isn't unexpected. but i am a bit sad. although i almost wish i could erase bol and some of it's members out of my life, it was part of my life for more than 2 years. oh well. *goes back to foamy*

Thanks to tony and joe for creating bol, and for keeping it up for so long, and also to the administrative and moderation staff who have helped keep it up and keep it clean from inappropriate content. Rose, you should edit your message and make the @ symbol in your addresses AT that way you don't get spammed.

Just what I was thinking. I'd be willing to buy BOL, but I don't have enough spare change to keep it running for more than a few months.
Though all we'd really need is at least 30 members contributing $5 a month, and then with a yearly fundraiser. I just think that the importance to the member contributions was not fully impressed upon the members.

oh my gosh. I didn't realize that this was a website that needed payments made on it! Since it was a BBB board, I thought it was free. If you just moved the board to an entirely seperate html, instead of having a domain, would you be able to keep it opn since it would be free?

I don't answer spam mail, and also I said that if you want to email me, you had to pm me your emails, so that I can add them to my address book so that the emails aren't classified as spam. MSN has a preettty strong junk email filter. :wink:
