Dial-up friendly skin

For all of the members that use dial-up (and sadly there are still people out there in such a sad state :wink: ):
After much time and effort Andy has given a new skin to BOL.

You can adjust the current skin you are using by going to your profile. In your profile under "Preferences" near the bottom of that section there will be an option "Board Style" with a drop down menu to the right of it with several different options, select the "Dialup" skin and scroll down to "submit" and click that.

This skin doesn't show signatures, avatars, or the mod/admin name color.

Hopefully this helps those that use dial-up. :)
