Can we call it something like Spam Colony or Spam Community Center or Spam Correctional Facility or The Padded Room or Spam Little Desert Island With a Palm Tree On It to better reflect it's very controlled nature?

It is just the topic limit (right now set at 9), but there is no saying how long that number will stay the same or the restriction will apply. It is something of a trial period.

all I remember of spam city was looking at it (for the first time) when it was first locked and wishing it wasn't, so it'll be great to have it finally open again. 8)

Call me blasphemous, but wouldn't it be smarter to take the little donations we have and keep it for the future months of BOL instead of making this month better?
