For those who would like to have a blog on BOL:

You may have a blog on BOL if you have a purpose for one. When I say this I mean it cannot contain the usual format of blogging of "I got up this morning and called Bill to tell him he's a loser... then I went back to sleep.." The Blog must consist of article based posts pertaining to a particular topic. They may include subjects such as sports, games.. etc.., or religion. However, just as in the forum, we do not wish users to post about Sedevacantism or any faith or view which is not Catholic. Note that admins and mods will be periodically browsing and editing anything that is inappropriate.

Please PM an admin if you agree to these terms and would like a blog.

We request for you to post at the very minimum once a month. We just don't want to have 500 blogs with no one posting for months on end.

just a suggestion: why not have, aside from any individual's blogs, have one that any user can post to, as long as it is, as you said, a post of worth, not just an 'i got out of bed' thing, for those users who occasionally have something to share, but not often enough to merit a blog to themselves.

Actually, I don't usually have anything to say worth saying. But imho, telling about experiences of calling Bill telling he's a loser is pretty important.

But imho, telling about experiences of calling Bill telling he's a loser is pretty important.

Was being facetious, Anne. I was mostly trying to point out how silly it was that I had to pm someone about my beliefs so I don't get in trouble. And if you knew what was in said pm, you'd know that my opinion probably would get me in at least a little trouble.
